The Mission of World Buddha Foundation is to look after the welfare of Buddhist Community spread in many countries of the world. However, to pay high emphasis on providing the most modern world level technique and method of teaching to teach and impart education and knowledge to youngsters. College explores the individual and group talents and resources to develop faculties in them, so that each teacher trainee could turn into efficient and effective teacher for tomorrow.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES
Sanghamitra Teacher Training College’s primary aim is to impart quality education and make a difference to the lives of individuals who wish to improve skills, develop careers or progress to higher education. We will achieve this aim through close student-staff collaboration, individualized programmes of study, innovative curriculum and critical inquiry at every stage.
The college aims at an integral and personalized training of young men and women through Integral Pedagogy – Context, Experience, Reflection, Action and Evaluation –to be well motivated teachers who will be intellectually competent, morally upright, socially committed and spiritually inspired.
It is the aim of Sanghamitra Teacher Training Collegethat the students who take their training here become well-formed guides who will accompany the young learner on his or her journey of becoming a fully humane person. The college, therefore, offers an all-round training, one thatis at once intellectual, cultural, social, emotional, physical, aesthetic, moral and spiritual.
The college further aims at promoting values such as respect for Indian common cultural heritage, egalitarianism, democracy, secularism, equality of sexes, protection of environment, removal of social barriers, responsible use of cybernetics and mass media, transparency and probity in private and public life, observance of small family norms, national unity, and respect for religious and moral values.
